A custom spec home in Teton Reserve — designed, built, and finished entirely on our call. The market answered in 30 days.
Because this was a spec home, there was no client brief to build to — which meant every decision, from the floor plan to the last tile, was ours. That's the truest test of a builder: not executing someone else's vision, but backing your own with your own money, and letting the market grade it.

We designed 131 Desert Fox around 3,042 square feet of livable, well-proportioned space — the kind of home that photographs well and, more importantly, lives well. The decorative selections carry the house: custom tile work throughout, and finish carpentry detailed to a standard most spec builders skip to protect their margin.
We held the whole project to a tight schedule and delivered the finished home in 12 months. Because we keep the core of the build with our own crews rather than a rotating cast of subs, there were far fewer gaps for the schedule to slip through — the single biggest reason custom timelines blow out.
The market is the most honest critic a spec builder has. 131 Desert Fox went under contract within about a month of listing and sold for $1.61M — validation of the design decisions, the finish level, and the build quality, in the only currency that counts.
We take on a limited number of builds each year. Let's talk about yours.
