Every trade is under our own roof — framing to finish carpentry — so quality and schedule stay to one standard, with no gaps between subs for problems to fall through. Add cost-plus-a-fixed-fee pricing, daily Buildertrend logs, and one dedicated liaison who actually answers, and that's the difference. We've been building in Eastern Idaho for 27+ years.

Recent Teton Valley custom homes run about $300–400 per square foot, depending on finishes, site, and scope. We price on cost plus a fixed fee locked to your original budget, so the number you plan around is the number that holds.
We price on cost plus a fixed fee, locked to your original budget. If a line item runs over, our fee doesn't grow with it — our incentive stays aligned with yours.

We don't provide financing ourselves, but we'll point you to trusted local lenders who handle construction loans.
Most custom homes run 12–18 months from ground to close, depending on size and site. Our 131 Desert Fox Lane build was 16 months, ground to close.
