Recent Teton Valley builds run $300–400 per square foot, priced on cost plus a fixed fee locked to your original budget. We cap our schedule at about ten homes a year so your project always has our attention.
Most of what goes wrong on a custom home happens in the gaps between trades. Because we keep the core of the build with our own crews — not a rotating cast of subs — there's far less room for quality or the schedule to fall through.
