Recent Teton Valley builds run $300–400 per square foot, priced on cost plus a fixed fee locked to your original budget. We cap our schedule at about ten homes a year so your project always has our attention.
Most of what goes wrong on a custom home happens in the gaps between trades. Because we self-perform framing, mechanicals, and finish work, there are no gaps for quality — or the schedule — to fall through.
