Detached garages, RV and equipment storage, and outbuildings round out the list. Many pair naturally with a new home or a barndominium, and we can build them together or on their own. Whatever the use, we build it square, weather-tight, and to last through Eastern Idaho winters.
Detached buildings often go on parts of a property that need work first. Our own crew handles the site prep — access, grading, drainage — and getting power, water, and septic to the building, so it's one coordinated project rather than a stack of subcontractors you have to herd. If the site needs clearing, our forestry mulching crew can open it up. The whole thing follows the same build process we use on every home.
We price on cost plus a fixed fee locked to your original budget, and run every project on Buildertrend with daily logs so you always know the cost and schedule. As with a home, the finished cost depends most on the finish level and the systems inside — a simple storage building and a finished, heated shop are very different numbers.
