Because our own crews handle the core of the build, there's no finger-pointing between subs when a question comes up. It's our name on the house and our name on the fix.
We price on cost plus a fixed fee, and that fee is locked to your original budget. Our profit doesn't balloon just because the project grows. You see the real cost of the work, and you always know what our fee is — no surprise mark-ups buried in an invoice.
