Custom homes on acreage at the quiet north end of Teton Valley, built by our own crews.
Tetonia is Teton Valley at its most open: farmland, long views across the valley to the Tetons, and room to build a home that fits its land. We build there the same way we build in Victor and Driggs, with our own crews and one standard of workmanship.
Building on acreage means the site matters as much as the plans. Wind, snow drift, access, well and septic, and power runs all shape the home, so we plan them together from the first conversation. Every build runs on a transparent, open-book cost-plus contract with daily logs in a private Buildertrend portal.
With 27+ years in Teton Valley, we know the soils, the snow loads, the trades and the Teton County approval process. We take on about ten homes a year, so the person who answers your call is the person running your build.
Yes. Most Tetonia builds are on acreage, and we plan the site with the home: access, well and septic, power, snow and wind exposure, and how the house sits on its views.
Tetonia sits at the north end of Teton Valley in Teton County, Idaho, a short drive from Driggs and Victor. Our crews work across the whole valley, so Tetonia gets the same team and the same standard.
